In these terms and conditions 'the Company' shall mean Tea4Life Limited Liability Partnership and/or tea4life.co.uk and 'the Customer' shall mean you. We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time.

Guarantee

We expect your tea to be of good quality, if however you are not entirely satisfied with your product then please return it to us postage paid together with your invoice/delivery note. We shall replace or refund any unopened packets.

Delivery

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. Orders are normally despatched within 3 working days.

In the unlikely event that Royal Mail delay or lose your order then please wait 15 days from the date of dispatch as Royal Mail do not consider an item as lost until this time has elapsed. They require 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems.

Payment

tea4life.co.uk accepts payments via our secure online credit/debit card system on our website and cheques drawn against a British Bank. The online credit card payment gateway is provided by PayPal (Europe) Sarl et Cie SCA. PayPal (Europe) Sarl et Cie SCA is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money institution. PayPal (Europe) Sarl et Cie SCA's FSA Register Number is 226056.

Refund policy

In accordance with EU law, you have a right to cancel your order within 7 days. To cancel please email quoting your account number (shown on your invoice/delivery note) and we shall make a refund within 30 days of receipt of product in an undamaged condition together with original packaging and invoice/delivery note.
